SolidWorks community,

I've been tasked with creating a 3D model of this hill in work, with the workshop requesting a .stl file. I've been given a .dwg file with the drawing, where the smallest circle is the top of the hill and the line through the concentric parabola is the path that should be taken. The model could then be used as a teaching tool.

I've tried multiple ways of creating this model, but I am not familiar with this software at all. Has come across similar designs and might know where I could start?
