Best BANG for my BUCK when selecting a computer to run Solidworks 2013 Standard

Hi, I am a new user to the SolidWorks Forum and I hope that this will be the first of many. I am currently a student returning from an internship where I was using SolidWorks on a daily basis. I have worked it out where I can continue to do work for the company part time. However, I have ran into an issue; I had an older computer I was going to use for SolidWorks, albeit it is not up to par with operating standards. Thus I need to purchase a new computer (tower or laptop). My inquiry is: what computer would give me the optimum performance for around \$1000 or less, I am going back into "college budget mode" so this is all I can afford. I will only be using it for SolidWorks 2013 Commercial Standard Edition and no other programs. My assemblies will consist of anywhere from 5 - 200 parts of varying complexity. Also, I will be running Windows 7. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
