I have a plate, basically a ring with a hole pattern (all lazer cut).  This ring is to slide over a tube (2") which is to mount (this new asm) to another part with the same hole pattern.  My problem is this part I'm mating to is cylindrical.  I'm miffed.  The part needs to be bent  on an 180mm Radius straight thru the center of the part.  I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not.
