I'm trying to apply a K-factor based bend table to a rolled sheet metal part based on its thickness and bend radius. However my bend is over 180 degrees and that fact seems to cause problems with bend tables. When flattened or unfolded I get the "the angle of this bend fell outside of the bend allowance/deduction table." error. My VAR seems to agree on the cause but doesn't have a solution. Does anyone have any experience with sheet metal base flanges similar to the one attached or complex bend tables? Potentially a work around? Seems like it should be easy to automatically apply a K-factor to this base flange but perhaps the tables were designed with forming and not rolling sheet metal in mind.

I run SolidWorks 2018.
