I have seen several discussion regarding this but none are helping.  I have attached my part hoping someone might be able to help.  I inherited this part and was adding a new bend.  Edge-Flange2 will not flatten.  Any help would be appreciated!

I saved the part as a STEP and then imported it back into SW and was then able to Convert to Sheetmetal just fine except it gave me some strange reliefs.
