I have found a couple other posts related to this error message but none of the responses seem to fix my problem.  With this simple part and my K-factor based gauge table, regardless of gauge, when the angle is less than 15 degrees it gives the following error:

My guage table (attached) originally only had values down to 15 for the angle, but i tried adding a "0" entry and then tried it with a "1" and it still seems to have the same problem.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this error?
