I am trying to set up my bend allowance table and i have no problems when i reference the .xls with a 3mm thickness but when i try and reference it with a 1.15mm thickness i get a message saying "The thickness of this bend fell outside the bend allowance/deduction table. The bend allowance/deduction is evaluated using the K factor instead." i believe my excell sheet is set up with the correct format so is there a chance there are limits to when a BA can be applied, like 4*material thickness or something like that?

can anyone tell me what the limits of the spreadsheet are? like a miniumum amount of values per thinkness or angle or both etc.
