Desperately need help on this exercise, its for practice.  I've been working on different solutions for hours to no avail.  I need someone

to help with the cylinder and the extrusions, this is a bit advanced for me as I am new to solid works still.  I can extrude the cylinder,

however can't get the extrusions, or break in the cylinder.  Also, the 60 degree part declining having issues with.     I've been driving myself crazy trying to figure this one out.
