Why do balloons and sheet borders change size after exported to .dwg? I've mainly noticed this in the Batch Export...

The top image shows the results from a batch export. This image only shows how the balloons disappeared. Many times the balloons and/or border increase in size.

The bottom image is the result of a "Save As.dwg" from SolidWorks.

Running 2015 SP4. I didn't change anything in the drawing and both "Save As" option boxes have the same settings as each other.
