I recently opened a drawing to make a PDF for a customer and I noticed that not only had some baloons somehow lost their link (? in the balloon instead of number). Some of the balloon numbering had also changed both deleting numbers an adding more. This also affected the BOM.

I ahve tried to make changes to the balloons in question byut they will not accept changes.

This is a job that has had non of the files accesed in a couple of months. I also am the only person with acces to the files. Currently using 2013.
