Why is it  you have to touch geometry to place a balloon (to be non-dangling)? Why coudln't they behave like a note? Highlight view and place. No leaders neaded to be non-dangling. Very aggravating for revisions (touch geometry, exit command, highlight again, hit more properties, delete leader),
