I changed my drawing view to be at a slightly different angle.  Now some of my balloons are in space or on the wrong part.  I cannot drag the balloons to a part and have it update; it still looks at the original part.

In the pictures below, I drag balloon (3) to the screw, which is the screw's item number.  It changes to (17), which is the tubing's item number.

I have:

tried to rebuild

deleted the balloons and BOM and made new ones (automatic and manually)

deleted the entire drawing and created a new drawing
