After a crash today, when I restart solidworks 2013, I am getting this prompt to download the swresources.html file.

Here it is trying to do it twice:

Not sure if this was an IT patch that is conflicting with something .....I already out of depth, so I'll stop.

Or if this is solidworks helping me out by replacing a corrupted file.

Can't find anything out there, so I'm posting on my own.
