At my company they have requested me to look into an automated spare parts list. It wouldn’t really be automated as the users would still have to check a box in the part card or something of that sort. My concern is where they want this list to show up, which is in the top-level complete machine assembly drawing. So, my question is how do I make a table that would pull card information of every single part of the assembly, even if there is a many sub assembly levels? They also want the table to only display the checked parts and not the unchecked ones.
