I'm looking to update an appearance save with a new transparency number, and have this update apply to other files in PDM that use the same save. So far I haven't been able to solve this, as it takes reselecting the file in the appearance window for the changes to occur.

Is there a setting that can automatically update this? Typically getting latest works for parts and such but not appearance?
