I really liked this option as this would save time/extra step to make view normal to sketch plane but I'm not happy with post results.

1. The first change is that view would remain normal to sketch plane if changes are saved or you simply click OK. Now this means that I would have to manually revert to the previous view orientation which adds to time and also an extra step.
2. Secondly if I do not make any changes in the sketch and exit, then it prompts with a message box (I can set that to do not show again) which make no sense if no changes were made to sketch.

So in my opinion, it might be better to revert to same view orientation from which sketch was open for editing or creating a new sketch.
