Is there a way to add the assembly file name to the default naming of a part?

for example when you Add Part in an assembly you get [Part1^filename]<1> blah blah blah...

But then when you go to rename it you only get (Part1) in the text file.

Im wondering if there is a way that i could get it to say (Part1 Filename) That way i only have to edit the part1 to the name but leave the file name in there.

The reason for this is that most of my companies assemblies use the same part names across there assemblies.

so if you want to look at another assembly for reference you either have to close your current assembly or open it in another instance of Solidwork.

I would like to get rid of this by adding the order number to the part names that we create, but im getting resistance by the rest of my department because they dont want to have to type in that number 300+ times per order.
