Hello,

I'm trying to attach a rev. balloon to a dim so that they move together.  Searching here I found old posts (2015 or older) that say to select both and group them, but the group command isn't available in the RMB menu and is grayed out in the align toolbar. 

I also see that I cannot group items that don't both belong to the same thing, a view or the sheet.  I suspect that the dimension belongs to the view and the balloon does not, but I have no idea how to tell or how to change it.

What am I missing here?
