There might be a better name for what I'm looking for.  I'm looking for a way to do a draft on  a circle that has a different angle all the way around.  I have a 90mm circle  extruded 40mm.  I want 2 degrees of draft at 0 degrees on the circle and 14 degrees at 180 degrees on the circle.  Is this possible?
