To quickly summarize the problem I am having...
I have two circuit boards inside a box. These circuit boards were created so that they are not assemblies, but parts. I am trying to assign thermal properties (via assigning the components ot the PCB as materials).  However, I can not assign each individual component of the two PCBs seperate materials since they are not assemblies.  Does anyone have a solution around this?
