Hi,

I have a solidworks assembly that I am trying to run FEA analysis on.  It is very simple, just 4 parts, and I have already run sub-analyses on each of the parts.

One of the parts (distal cross bar) simply will not remain bonded with the rest of the assembly, I have tried changing contact sets to every single available option, including node to surface and surface to surface.   Indeed, in order to get the simulation to run, I had to change the sim properties to "Soft Spring Stabilization" with Direct Sparse Solver. 

I've attached the assembly and parts, any help is appreciated.
