Is there any way to use the "as modeled" dimensions and tolerances (the ones defined in the feature sketches) for tolanalyst?

Dimxpert doesn't seem to want to allow me to define the tolerances the way I want (for example, I want to define the diamter of either end of a conical hole... but dimxpert just wants to dimension the angle of the cone, not the diameter of the two circular ends.   Can I just use the dimensions that the model was created with?  It's a best practice to model the parts the way they are made, so really this should be a no-brainer....
