Everything was working fine till I got an error that " archive server could not open windows registry" .

I was testing an add-in for EPDM. The next day I start the computer and I try to add the add-in I get this error. I tried the following but still get the same error.

1.I made sure I'm logged in as admin.

2. I followed solution s-049112.

3. Tried adding a working add-in .dll files and no joy.

Any one have had any experiences with this error ?
