Hello All,

It was a great SW initiative to have an Idea Section of Sold Works World.

I wonder what will the Author's reward be for implementing their ideas in the Product?

Today we live in a world where the work of Innovators, those who generate the ideas, who are behind the success stories are not rewarded and even not appreciated. 

Do you think that such a "status quo" is stimulating for the better Products and Technology?

To avoid that my posting being misunderstood I would like to  that if eventually I would be personally awarded monetarily by SW for whatever I had contributed to their Products, I will donate the entire reward to Charities.
