I've been trying for hours to create the swept boos/base around my body and apply a fillet on the corner (Sketched below). Does anyone have an idea on how to solve my problem ? I've sketched an swept surface and attached the file however I need the thickness to be 3 mm but it won't let me thicken it (My original idea was to create a swept boos/base but I won't construct it too) :/

I think it's a quick fix but I really don't know how to fix it, if someone got an idea please let me know
