Job Title : Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in electrical/mechanical(CAD/CAM) troubleshooting and problem solving skill
• Plan, develop and conduct training for newly launched product
• Able to prepare and compile documentation
• While the role is truly one of an individual contributor, a high degree of customer interaction and teamwork is required to be effective in the role.
• Insuring the value delivery of the software solutions to the Customer and optimizing the use of the tools for the Customer.
• Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of the software applications in order to effectively support the customers.
• Work with Product Management, Sales and Marketing to understand and articulate customer enhancement requirements and requests to current and future applications.
• Ensure that every customer is treated professionally and with respect
• Location : Seberang Jaya, Penang.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Electrical and Electronic Design or Mechanical Design (CAD/CAM).
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available. One Electrical Engineer and One Mechanical (CAM) Engineer
