I get this error several times a week. I cannot find a common scenario where I can reproduce it. It can happen while I'm in an assembly,opening a drawing from an assembly, sometimes just rotating a part. I've had this happen on both my desktop computer and my laptop.

This is still on-going,  but happens most often when CTRL dragging a component to copy it in an assembly.
