Hi
This is starting to do my head in.
I have a multi body part file (74 bodies) that represents a number of pipe spools (25 approx) in a piping assy. The flanges etc are added at the assy level.
The bodies are grouped into subweldment folders for each spool and coloured to make identification easier in the assy.
Problem is that certian sections of pipe are repeatidly changing back to the default grey colour. This happens every time I change configs or a force a rebuild.
To get it to display correctly i have to chose my config, open the pipe part file, correct the colours, display the drawing and print with out the assy doing a rebuild.
Attached is a wmv created by SW Rx showing the issue. And a copy of the part file to play with (SW2009)
Any suggestions?
Like alot of beasts, it started as a simple enough part file but has grown into a monster.
A classic case of "just throw something in there to see what it looks like" evolving into a drawing, and then a mutant nightmare.
If i could only see into the future...
