Please tell me, is there any provision to re-arrange all the dimension lables by calling single API?

While importing a file through plug in, I give the dimension text location as 0.0,0 while adding dimensions. But after importation I come across all the dimensions located at origin. To see each dimension I have to drag all the labels. Please tell me solution to avoid this situation?
