SOLIDWORKS 2023 SP5, PDM Professional
Windows 11 workstations.
User A will log into the vault and navigate to our main folder for our design data.
Explorer will hang, (not responding) for 2 mintues 40 seconds until the folder open. This folder is two levels down into the root vault folder.
User B will navigate to the same folder on their computer an it takes 4 seconds to open the same folder.
I'm currently running a repair on the user's SOLIDWORKS and PDM client, but I feel this is more of a Windows issue.
The hotfix has been applied to both computers for Windows 11.
Any thoughts? GDI objects for User A's computer say 1,067 for explorer.exe with PDM open.
