I am having trouble uploading to 3DCC in my supplier account.  I have the latest Silverlight and Java, I have followed all of the naming conventions, but I am still having trouble uploading files.  I previously uploaded a file (4-5 weeks ago) and that file is now gone.  Any help would be appreciated.
