I have modified the Convert Task script to hide the actual SolidWorks window that does the conversion and it works. (see below)

But there is another SW window that opens up in the corner before it runs the script. (It says SW 2012 in the taskbar and then quickly changes to the latest version installed).

Questions are:

1. Is there any way to hide that first window as well?
2. In older posts I read that hiding the SW instance that does the conversion creates some issues with drawings conversion. Has this been resolved in the newer versions of the Task Add-in?
3. Is there any way to make the tasks run quicker by adjusting the poll frequency on the server? how?
