Last I heard, SolidWorks was supposed to be furnishing us with network serial numbers so that we could install this version.  We're heading into Thanksgiving her in the US and I haven't seen any announcements or comments from SW Corp on the subject.
Basically, at this point, not having them is holding back my 2016 rollout.

Has anyone out there in the Forums heard an update on this?
Or-maaybe someone from SW Corp can tell me if I'm going to be waiting until 2016 so that I can go ahead and do a WPDM update.
