a recent job got us jammed up at work, it involved over one hundred sections of 1 1/2" bar grating. the way we work bar grating is we have a seperate model of a full to spec piece of the grating that we drop in and cut to size.

as its model now we have each individual bar drawn and extruded and each round bar drawn and extruded then the meshed resualt is merged to form one solid part. any ideas how to simplify this to where dropping in alot of them wont slow down the program or eat up gigs of server space
