This question is only for the VARs who have purchased subscriptions to the eBook library.

As you know, we force you to reset your password every 6 months. During that process, any annotations that you added are wiped out. This was communicated to everyone who purchased a subscription.

Questions:

1. How much heartache does this cause you? How important are the annotations to your use of the eBook library?
2. Do you have any workarounds? Have you found a way to retain the annotations somehow?
