Has anyone noticed that in SP2.0 of Composer 2015, that you no longer have controls in properties to change the contents of an annotation and dimensions? The controls for surrounding text value on dimensions and fill color on all annotations are missing.

My seat of composer just went off of subscription, so I can't open an SPR on the subject, but someone else might want to jump on this regression.
