I am creating a drawing for a part that will be manually machined on a rotary-table, thus mostly all my dimensions are angular dimensions off of a global reference line.

Is there a way to create angular ordinate dimensions?  While I can dimension each feature individually, the drawing gets quite messy/confusing.  Angluar ordinate dimensions clean everything up tremendously.
