Angular dimensioning troubles...

Hi all,

So everything that I'm about to reference is in the attached file, in the sketch titled "SKETCH Face Details"...

See how the circle is divided into ten equal parts? I'm looking to have each part have nine equally spaced, thin rectangles whose bodies have midlines that would intersect the center of the circle if extended. FOR REFERENCE, I'm intending to eventually use this sketch to create an extrusion that resembles the face details of the image of the thermostat face found here:

Anyway, I'm having a hard time getting the thin rectangles at the proper orientaiton/spacing...the angular dimensions of 3.75deg separating them didn't do any more than change their orientation.
