Let's say you have a cylinder drawn in the origin so planes are the center of it. Is there a way to place a hole with hole wizard on one of the part planes and have the hole go thru the entire cylinder. For extruded cuts you can do "thru both", seems like that should be an option for holes.

The two methods I know that exist are to make a plane on the OD of the cylinder or place the point on the surface of the cylinder and use 3D sketch. Neither of these seem as expedient as "Thru both" would be.

Any trick here?
