I'm having an issue with Configurations.  When I modify one of the configurations, they all change to that configuration. I'm making a cutout for a d-sub connector and I need to be able to rotate it. I have all the horizontal and vertical relationships deleted in the sketch and added parallel and perpendicular realationships. There is only one horizontal line for a reference to change orientation. Attached is the file 2012.
