After placing a view in a drawing I am able to align the view to certain model edges but not others. Some align as they should, some align at odd angles and some will not move what so ever. I have followed the steps in the listed help article below and it works for a few seemingly random edges.

2015 SOLIDWORKS Help - Aligning a Drawing View to a Model Edge

EDIT: It seems as if some of the "Silhouette Edges" cannot be aligned. Am I correct in assuming this? Seems odd in a drawing view however.
