Hi,

I have managed to coble together macros into one, see attached, to save SW drawings as a pdf inserting the drawing revision at the end of the pdf filename as a suffix.

I now want the code to then find older revisions of that pdf, if the newly saved pdf is >A, and move them into an archive folder.

I save pdf records of SW drawings into one folder, I've called it PDF Vault, and manage the pdf revisions with a -A, -B, -C .... suffix.

I have attached the macro I use.

Does anyone have any ideas?
