Our General Arrangement (customer facing) drawings are labeled with certain features that explain the product, and each feature is generally a different subassembly.  We want to store the standard notes for each of these items somewhere that makes sense and easy to access to add to the drawing.  

An example below shows, with our part numbers replaced, a couple of these typical notes.

We currently store them in a Notes folder in the Design Library, but this is getting quite full and isn't "connected" to the assy file.  An option would be store these notes in the Design Binder in a Word file, for instance...then it's connected to each design.  Another option is to put the text in a field on the PDM data card, but then it isn't formatted, it's just raw text.

I wonder if anyone has suggestions for a place or method for storing these notes not mentioned above?  Thanks for any ideas you might have.
