Hi,

I'm trying to download the files to do a admin install but when I put the correct serial number into the separate fields for components I get this annoying message:

Your SOLIDWORKS Visualize serial number is incomplete.

Most serial numbers have 24 characters.

SolidNetWork Licenses (SNL) and some older SOLIDWORKS serial numbers require only 16 characters (you can leave the last two boxes empty).

It only goes through if the serial number is in SOLIDWORKS main entry meaning I can't download the additional parts which I could do in previous installers ??

Any help appreciated.
