I am completely stumped with this. I have about 6 files that I can't delete from my EPDM vault as ADMIN. I am told that I do not have rights. As admin I am an EPDM GOD! Just Joking

I have verified that I do have rights. I have given rights to other users and they can't delete the file either. Our vault is not live as I am still defining workflows. I have two states in a workflow I do not need but there are files that have went through the state so I can't delete them. Therefor I wanted to delete the files so I can delete the states. Does anyone have any ideas?
