Are there other places I can go to find items already drawnbesides the design library here on SW? Is it possible to import atemplate and then modify to suit my needs?

I am looking for a spring with a bell shape at one end, thebeginning end at the bell has a tight wrap for the first inch andthen it opens up some. I am having trouble drawing this, if I couldfind a template and change it to my dimensions and pitch it wouldsave a lot of time.
