I often have to add PEM nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc. to parts. Even If its just one bolt, I make an assembly from the part so I'm able to use the Design Library Tool Box. This adds time and adds clutter to files, also seems a little bit out of the way.

Can I use the Design Library Tool Box in the part without creating an assembly? If so, how do I do so?
