Hello awesome SolidWorks community,

Been a while since I've asked for help but i'm stumped as to why this is happening.

When adding additional sheets to a drawing the revision block doesn't get added to the new sheet. Always had this issue so I assume it's normal. But recently when I go to add, tables, rev table I occasionally no longer have the option to manually select the custom rev block that I have saved. This seems to be a coin flip as to when it happens. It does not happen all the time. Thoughts as to why this might occur?
