The instruction say all you have to do to add a dimension to an existing ordinate dimension is to right click the ordinate dimension and select Add Dimension.  However, when I right click an ordinate dimension the only thing that comes up is all the sketch tools. I never get anything thing that allows me to select Add Dimension. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?

I am using SolidWorks 2013.
