Sorry for reposting this, but as I had marked the original post answered, I thought that the thread may be ignored.

I succeeded in adding a folder, but it dissapeared when I started SW again, it also did not appear in the Toolbox Setup Utility. I tried adding the folder again but it said that it already existed. Getting nowhere.

Any folders that are added must surely appear in Setup or how are materials, part numbers etc applied. Surely a new 'folder' must be added via setup as they need to be tables in the database, am I correct?

I am getting to the point of giving up with Toolbox.
